Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and
    maintaining strong relationships
  • Understanding client’s objectives and challenges, supporting with planning and the
    creative process
  • Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling services to
    existing clients to further develop their business
  • Contribute to the development of pitch decks, client proposals, presentations, and
    statements of work

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present
    ideas, discussing project details, and negotiating with clients
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing and executing account strategies to drive
    business growth, foster client satisfaction, and identify new opportunities
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions and resolve
    issues that arise during project execution or client interactions
  • Leadership Skills: As a senior member of the team, the ability to lead and inspire team
    members

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in managing and growing key client accounts
  • Background in creative industries or XR is highly advantageous
  • Experience in developing strategic marketing initiatives and plans
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and technologies

As a Senior Account Manager at Sugar Creative, you will have the opportunity to shape our client strategies and lead innovative projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and developing our client services team from the ground up. As our first dedicated client services team member, you will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a team as we grow, shaping our approach to client management and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

This is a "Hybrid" location based role requiring you to be UK based. Unfortunately we are unable to provide Visa opportunities.
