Created in partnership between Sugar Creative and Dr Seuss Enterprises and designed to enhance the way children learn to read, Dr. Seuss’s ABC - An Amazing AR Alphabet! app based on the bestselling book Dr. Seuss’s ABC encourages children to learn their ABCs in a fun, engaging, and unexpected way. From Aunt Annie’s alligator… to Zizzer-Zazzer-Zuzz! effortlessly combining play with learning, the magical imagination of Dr. Seuss is brought to life in the Dr. Seuss’s ABC - An Amazing AR Alphabet! app.

With every character from the pages of the book Dr. Seuss’s ABC have been meticulously recreated in 3D and presented in AR for the very first time. Dr Seuss' ABC was launched in March 2020 to coincide with Dr Seuss' birthday celebrations and met wth commercial and critical sucess.

With a combination of interactive drawing, reading, and AI gameplay featuring over 30 living characters powered by cutting edge AR children are able to interact with the story whilst learning.

The project was also a global first to harness environmental aware AR, combining content aware dynamic spawning and real world aware AI so that the chracters from the book were able to to play hide and seek, paint, and play fetch. This cutting edge innovation was the subject of a number of talks and keynotes including at AWE and at Unitys own developer day.
